Our Approach
We know starting anything new, especially therapy, can be daunting and full of uncertainty. We also know that life is busy, finding time is difficult, and convenience and accessibility are of utmost importance. For these reasons, we offer both in-person and telehealth appointments.

Once completed, I will reach out to you via email to provide you with your unique telehealth appointment link, obtain your insurance information to provide a good faith estimate for what you may be financially responsible for, and answer any questions you may have. Once this is completed, you’ll simply need to click the provided link at the time of your appointment, and I will be with you shortly!

Rates
Initial Assessment:
This time will be spent exploring the nature of the problems leading you to therapy. We will gain a greater understanding of past and present barriers to growth and collaborate in identifying goals to overcome these barriers. - $110
Individual Appointment (50 min session):
This time will take us on a deeper dive into understanding the complex nature of our humanness that sometimes gets in the way of our true potential. We will spend this time together having an open dialogue about challenges, maladaptive patterns, and both internal and external roadblocks that can be overcome with the right strategies and techniques. - $90
